Due to continued success, we are looking to recruit well-organised and adaptable individuals to join our team. Brand’s Technical Support Engineers provide telephone and on-site network support to Brand’s customers and also provide pre and post sales support for the Brand range of products.

Requirements

At least two years experience, with a good working knowledge of:
• Networking (TCP/IP)
• Cisco (CCNA certified)
• Communications (GSM, GPRS)
• Microsoft Windows, VPN and firewall technology

In addition skills should include:
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent logic and diagnostic skills
• Well organised and accurate administration skills
• A flexible approach to work
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and under their own initiative

The role is responsible for responding to our clients’ technical queries; the main functions of the role include:

• Learning and Supporting Brands range of Apollo Products
• Help Desk Support
• Telephone Support
• Problem Solving
• Sales Support
• On-Site Installations
• On-Site Support
• In House Support
• Exhibitions and Demonstrations
